AGIL3 Enterprise is a husband-and-wife team built around a shared belief that meaningful change doesn’t have to be unnecessarily complicated.
Casey brings decades of experience across business agility, project management transformation, sustainability, AI governance, and professional education. Kristen supports the business behind the scenes helping to turn that expertise into accessible resources, learning experiences, and services.
Meet Dr. Casey LaFrance
Dr. Casey LaFrance is a strategist, educator, author, and consultant whose work spans business agility, project management, organizational transformation, sustainability, AI governance, and professional education.
Casey has spent more than 20 years in higher education. He is a full professor at Western Illinois University, where he teaches Political Science. His academic work focuses on organizational theory, public administration, accountability, and the public policy process. He has also served in academic leadership, including several years as the Graduate Director, bringing extensive experience in higher education, program leadership, teaching, and mentorship.
Beyond the University, Casey’s work bridges academic expertise with practical application. He has served as a speaker, mentor, consultant, and contributor to professional communities in project management, sustainability, organizational change, and emerging technology. His professional training includes extensive ISO auditing credentials, including ISO/IEC 42001:2023 Lead Auditor Certification in artificial intelligence management systems.
Casey’s approach is grounded in a simple idea: frameworks and methodologies are only valuable when they help people make better decisions, strengthen organizations, and create meaningful results.
